I don't actually use it for its intended purpose - you have to put the screen in a case and keep it in there at all times. I prefer to use a stand for my Surface and I like it better when it's not cased, but I still use this case to protect it when I'm not using it. This is a good solid case. I had another of the same brand for my previous surface, I've been using it for over two years and it's still as strong as ever.
