For me the best kneeling chair. Assembly was easy and they include the 2 hex keys needed for assembly. When I first got it, the height adjustment was on the lowest setting and the chair adjusted my body to the correct height for my desk, but the front edge of the seat cushion was putting concentrated pressure on my butt as it was in the position shown was in Fig. a picture with a woman sitting on it (note that the seat is parallel to the floor). I was able to adjust the chair up and recline the seat so that it was at about a 20 degree angle to the floor, which made the chair that much more comfortable! Now the problem was that the chair was 6-8 inches higher than the table. I ended up taking the chair to a shop where the bench I sit on is about 7 inches higher than my table and I'm quite happy with it. currently. My only other complaints are: 1) the casters aren't that good and 2 of them have locking levers for some odd reason. You'll end up accidentally blocking them with your feet, making it difficult for the chair to move. I added lockers to the rear legs which solves this problem. 2) If you plan on sitting in a chair in shorts or otherwise barefoot, consider the fabric covered model they offer as your skin tends to stick to the vinyl cover of the calf padding on hot days. I tried a different brand office chair but it wasn't nearly as comfortable as this one so I returned it. I figured I'd raise my desk another 6-7 inches and buy another one just with fabric covers. I have to say that the manufacturer communicated very well with me about my problems and received my ideas for improvement very well. kindly i highly recommend buying from these folks if you can.
