Interestingly, one of the ratings for a "disposable" chopstick would be "easy to clean", but in this case it's perfectly appropriate. These sticks are too good to throw away after one use. We toss them in the sink with our cutlery, then wash them in hot, soapy water with a scouring pad, then put them back in the cutlery drawer.
