This device works well to remind me when my dominant wrist is not flat at the top of the backswing. Unfortunately, its small size makes it very easy to miss if my lead wrist is properly curved at impact. If the part that attaches to the wrist was a bit longer, it would be more noticeable when the wrists tipped over the impact zone, rather than tipping after impact. However, if the lead wrist is level at the top of the backswing, you are 90 percent on your way to a proper release through the punching zone.
