The best part is that you can get calls from anyone, even if they are not in our database! I like that it allows me to make sure my voicemails are getting through without having to listen to them myself, which saves time. Sometimes there's an issue with the system where we have to wait for several minutes before being able to pick up another call after sending one. It would be nice if this was fixed soon so that more people could use it! We've been using Answer California since its inception, but only recently started seeing results. Before, when clients called us directly, we were often left waiting for hours or days to hear back about their issues. Now, with Answer California, we're hearing back right away and solving problems faster than ever before!
