Caused an invasion of food moths!

Well I have been using this pen for many years but I am canceling the delivery of the car. It's got some great qualities and some terrible features, and it doesn't come cheap. GOOD: - No dust. I have 5 house cats and many boxes. Even a small amount of dust in each box daily disturbed my breathing/cough and left a layer of dust on everything (scoop, I tell ya!).-- All natural and renewable resources.-- Stick well.- - Odorless. - Bags are light. BAD: - This is without a doubt the worst tracking filler I've ever seen. It hits EVERYWHERE like a hot minute after I suck. Basically, it's kitty litter. Does not tolerate odors well. I usually add some zeolite and charcoal (aquarium supplies) to absorb the smell of the ammonia and poop and it works a bit, but I don't want the perfume to mask the smell and it's really not very good. work with it.-- Expensive and hard to find. Yes I can buy it here but sometimes you just need another bag badly and have to wait! Poop emergencies are one thing. - This is the worst. I can't stress this enough. I started noticing moths flying around everywhere but my pantry. I especially noticed how they crawl into the trays. My cats are at home all the time. Logically I don't have these pests anywhere else like my kibble or water, although they have multiplied to levels that are difficult to control. I threw the boxes away entirely, wiped them down with lots of Lysol, then added BRAND NEW bedding from the bag and after a day or two I noticed these moths were crawling up the box and flying around. Then I had to google what those moths are and they're attracted to grain (I think what is that?). I keep all my flour and stuff in airtight plastic containers in the basement and they're fine. They're not in bowls or anywhere else. Moths are a nightmare. I have a child, a dog and 5 cats. I try to control/eradicate pests without spraying or bug bombing the house. I've found some great traps (Dr. Killigans, Black Box) but I need to replace all that stuff with something else because I'm getting new moths. What a headache and NOT CHEAP. I also noticed that there are other reviewers who have complained about an error situation that I haven't noticed until TODAY. Eh In general, if it weren't for the bugs, I probably would have continued to use it. I think we're all looking for the holy grail of kitty litter, but that's not the case. Guess I'll have to start looking again.
