Fits perfectly with the Meguiar bucket
I bought this protective cover for my Meguiar bucket. See attached photos. The sand guard has been designed to fit perfectly in the bucket. When my cleaning sponge gets dirty, I rub the protective cover with the cleaning sponge to loosen and get rid of the dirt on the sponge. The sand guard is made of high-quality plastic and does not look cheap. I recommend sand guards in addition to the 3.5 gallon yellow Meguiar bucket.
