This is a really great receiver for the price and the sound is excellent (the most important part of a stereo). However, there are some things that Pioneer could do better. You cannot browse your music catalog with the remote control; You must use the touch screen. This is absolutely stupid and renders the remote control practically unusable. You can use it for volume, pause, fast forward, rewind, and go to the next or previous track, but if you want to search for an artist, album, or track, you can't do that with the remote (I've contacted Pioneer support and thought maybe I just don't understand something, and they themselves said it wasn't possible). So it's very difficult (and dangerous in my opinion) to swipe the touchscreen while driving. When you have over a thousand songs and many artists, a remote control can come in handy. Also, the scrolling is on the right side of the touchscreen, which means you have to stretch your hand even further from the steering wheel, which is uncomfortable.2. Your music catalog settings in the database are automatically erased every time you turn off the car, and you have to press the label button to reorganize everything. I don't understand why it has to be so difficult.3. Image quality is miserable. I was excited to buy this stereo because I wanted to see the album art while the song was playing but the picture quality was terrible. Even with a high-quality image attached to the song, it looks warped and sloppy instead of smooth. This is disappointing. Those are my three big criticisms, but as I said, for the price it's a good deal as the sound quality is excellent. This model doesn't have Bluetooth, but I knew that before I bought it, and I don't mind because Bluetooth doesn't bother me. All my music is stored on a flash drive and connected to the stereo.
