Everything fixed! The stabilizer of our DJI Mavic Pro broke. Basically, every time you launch the drone, the gimbal just hits the camera. Nothing could be fixed. No calibration. Turns out there was a flat gimbal all along. Note. Installation instructions are complicated, but with the right step-by-step video, everything makes a difference. I am happy and pleased that our $1,000 drone is up and running without having to send our drone to DJI's terrible customer service. (Seriously, the last time we sent them in, it took them 2 months to get the parts for repair. Also, it cost $380 to repair. NEVER send your drone to DJI for repair, even if you do They have a "DJI Care" plan. It's not about the price per se, it's about the ridiculous amount of time they have it. And if they send it back, nobody promises it'll be fixed, like in our case) . Luckily we were able to fix that ourselves.
