My feelings about this were greatly influenced by the fact that I did not receive a NEW product. When you pay that much money and they come in an open box, not in plastic wrap but in it, along with missing documents; You can't help but think you didn't get NEW. Additionally, I am OVER the false reviews and misleading descriptions of Revain. The documentation I received says the battery lasts 3 hours, not 4 as advertised. It is therefore better to take chargers with you in the car. Picture quality - started a new (unopened) DVD for the first time. The bottom edge of the screen has distortion waves. The picture improves once you adjust the brightness and sharpness, but still not great when watching HD TVs. Use with your TV - TENKER accepts signals from both my TV and wired remote. The mute button on the wired remote changes the size of the image on the screen, and the volume on the TV remote does the same. So I'm lying in bed and want to watch a movie and I can't mute or change the volume when TENKER is connected to the TV. I have to set the volume on the TV perfectly before I start the movie. Strangely, the volume and mute buttons on the TENKER remote have no effect on my TV. And finally the picture size - after an hour of trying to get a decent sized picture on my small bedroom TV, I gave up because there is only one normal picture size. and it's small (slightly larger than the image on the TENKER screen). You can zoom in a bit, but it's not the same ratio and part of the image is cropped. Since I just received it, I can send it back. Writing this review has made me even more miserable.
