We bought this machine to convert from regular coffee to espresso. The steel construction gives it a strong and durable look - Easy to wipe down and clean - The frother is amazing, heats the milk very quickly and wipes it off very easily - If you get a decent base the foam is very light and comes off very quickly on (no latte art here guys) - Very short froth forces you to use a small cup and in turn a very small amount of us you heat. - The machine produces about 2 ounces per shot (single shot), you MUST be nearby to manually stop it or it will keep firing and overflowing your cup. yes, to use it like that. Overall I would recommend this machine if you are an advanced espresso person. But if you're new to the espresso group, this machine might be a bit more complicated than it's worth. We don't mind wrestling because once you understand what the sweet spot on earth is, coffee comes out rich and delicious, but if you're the kind of person who likes the easy way or brews your coffee in a hurry, if you're late for work, this may not be the machine for you.
