These sandals are so cute. Quality feels very good and I'm confident they will last. It has been a long time since I've found a flat sandal that actually had a good rubber sole. The standard for the last few years has been like walking on a piece of flat wood. I was so happy to stand in these sandals and feel like I had some support. So my back won't hurt like I'm walking on concrete.I do have flat feet so I can't speak to any arch support. I think they are true to size my tennis shoes are usually a 9 but 9.5 in sandals or flip flops. If brand has no have size in flip flops I go 10. If your near the edge go 1/2 size up. I now want all colors.
