Review on Nikon COOLPIX S31 Waterproof Digital Camera - 10.1 MP with 720p HD Video (White) - (OLD MODEL) by Brad Dotson

I got it in the US and gifted it to my daughter in India. She can't just go to the store, and returning it by post is too complicated and expensive. So when it jammed on the first try (the message reading the lens said Lens Jammed or something), we turned to Nikon for help. Your suggestion didn't work. Now it's a nice piece of plastic, glass, and some metal, and it's never been photographed. A piece of junk with no customer service to speak of.
