Review on LINENSPA Waterproof Spring Encasement Protector Bedding in Mattress Protectors & Encasements by Stephanie Burke

Linenspa mattress covers and box spring covers arrived on time and fitted easily onto mattresses and box springs HOWEVER the mattress cover is NOT waterproof. I have a hotel and last week a guest had an accident and she got on a mattress. I thought it might be a worse case so I didn't call Linenspa. It happened again today. Could be a "bad batch". I ordered 30 sets so they could be from the same batch. Linenspa have stated that they will be replacing this one but each will need to be handled separately if it is leaking. It was a lot of work dismantling the beds and putting on covers and that was disappointing. This is an addendum to my first review. A few weeks passed and another clam flowed again! Too serious work to find a replacement, especially since each incident has to be dealt with separately. I hope they are error free. I fix the problem by buying waterproof mattress pads. I highly recommend buying this brand of covers. It's better to pay the difference and get better quality.
