Should be 0. I bought this carrier specifically for my pup's first flight. 23.06. As soon as I tried to put them under the seat in this stretcher, the zipper snapped and I couldn't get them back on the track. Under threat of flight cancellation I had to keep the airline physically closed. With my pup whimpering and struggling to make it through the whole 3 hour flight. As soon as I landed, the trunk fell apart completely, two sticks came out at the top and I had to buy a new one for the return flight. I fly frequently and this situation made my flight the worst. I'm not sure what this carrier is made for, but it doesn't travel by plane. Of course, my return date from vacation has already passed, so I think I've learned a valuable lesson: you get what you pay for, but never more!
