Review on πŸ”΅ Enhanced Racing Style Bonded Leather Gaming Chair in Blue, OFM ESS Collection (ESS-3085-BLU) by Josh Tadder

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Comfortable and affordable chair.

I bought this chair a month and a half to two months after writing this review. I wanted to give it a decent amount of time before making my decision as some of the reviews here made me wonder if this affordable chair would actually hold up to poking my fat butt in and out. When I'm not working and doing housework, I'm sitting at the computer. I also weigh 250 pounds give or take a pizza I ate this week. I'm not a slim person. Pancakes with my thighs. The last chair I had was a used chair that my husband picked up from a "gaming" (ref: coin-operated) salon that had gone out of business and were throwing the chairs away. We were pretty poor then and although we don't have a lot of money now I don't have a lot of money as I work in retail. I badly needed an upgrade. As. Update seven years ago. I've wavered between this chair and "gaming" chairs with headrests, cushions, footrests, and racing stripes that I think will make you shoot faster in a game or something. Gamer chairs were prohibitively expensive for someone like me. The cost of some of these chairs is equivalent to two weeks of family meals. So. I returned to THAT chair. It was affordable, looked better than the flattened piece of faux leather wood on a stick I had, and good. It wasn't expensive. Please send back this chair that I finally ordered. Let's get down to business: PROS: Prime provided very fast shipping. 2 days.-- The box arrived intact, as did the chair itself.-- Affordable.-- Surprisingly very comfortable. After a month and a half of use, the bottom seat cushion still cushions very well. I don't feel like I'm sitting on a moving piece of cement. - Good arch/lumbar support. - As I'm only 5ft 7in, the headrest is perfect. I can put the back of my head on it if I want and it's comfortable. -- Tilts quite well, but I'm a fan of reminding myself to lean back and feel like I'm going to move backwards, so I blocked it -- Dohicky you adjust to fit the seat and making yourself taller or lower still works, and I may add that it works very smoothly. The armrests are perfect. I find that the tips of my elbows are comfortable when I'm typing / my forearms fit when I'm binging Netflix. - The armrest material didn't feel bad or scratchy to me. But this is a very personal thing and may vary from person to person.--Very smooth curve-Very smooth ride but my floor is wood.--As long as there are no marks on the floor-The wheels are intact and roll CONS :-- There is some misalignment with the screws on the back panel. It took some fumbling and pickaxe rustling, a few well-chosen words, and a little patience to get it working. However, it wasn't TERRIBLE, and it wasn't impossible at all. -- There are small plastic covers for the screws. Unfortunately, if you sneeze at them, they pop up all the time. --If you have sensitivity issues/fabric texture sensitivity/thin/sensitive skin, the fabric on the forearms may be a problem for you. - If you are over 5ft 7in tall. I suspect your head may not be fully on your head. Very tall people will likely find it with the back of their head or even their shoulders. If you want bright, eye-catching colors, the gray chair obviously doesn't have them. Overall I think this is a great table at a great price. computer chair. And you can always add a head pillow and a lumbar or seat pillow for extra comfort to make it feel like more expensive "gaming" chairs with expensive embroidered logos, since Amazon sells them pretty damn cheap here. I think it's a good investment for people like me who have a hard time affording $200 for a chair because it's half their weekly rent or their entire paycheck or they're in trouble. I would recommend.
