Review on πŸ’¨ EBC Brakes DP31661C Redstuff Ceramic Brake Pads with Minimal Dust by Tony Stennis

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good brakes but maybe not worth the money

Pros: Excellent stopping power. Using it on my 2004 Subaru Baja Turbo. They bite better than the series, but if you jump in without knowing it, you'll think they're factory. Consistent pedal feel and engagement. Cons: The first stops after installation, the bite was too strong at first. Calmed down as expected after a few hundred miles and was even mentioned in the flyer that came with the box. Brake dust is much worse than stock. It was cool to see the bright red pads through the bike, although a few weeks later that's no longer possible. The brake caliper, the pad and a significant part of the wheel are covered with brake dust. 100% normal road driving by the way. I'll wash up and see if it was shortly after the first burglary. Picture after 1 month of normal daily driving.
