I've always had an eye for style, so I couldn't wait to check out the selection at Grandwish's online store. On the other hand, my experience was not even close to being satisfactory. In spite of their assurance that the clothing would be of a high-quality, the things that I received were of a low-quality and did not match the descriptions that were provided on their website. The clothes that I purchased did not look anything like the photographs that were on the website, and the materials that were used were of poor quality and were very flimsy. In addition, there was inconsistency in the sizing, with some things having a fit that was too small while others had a fit that was too large. The shoes that I purchased were not only painful to wear, but they also fell apart after only a few uses. Their customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the situation even more difficult. I attempted to address my concerns with them, but their representatives gave the impression that they were uninterested in assisting me in finding a solution to my problems. My order did not appear when anticipated because of the slow shipping and delivery. The quality of the packaging was poor, and several of the things arrived with wrinkles and creases. My time spent purchasing at Grandwish was, on the whole, a negative experience for me. My expectations were not met by their failure to deliver on their promises of providing high-quality clothing and outstanding customer service. This particular online store is not one that I would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase trendy and high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry for boys.
