I just bought a number of items from Microdry in an effort to improve the ambiance and design of my house. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this internet store. The quality of their products was by far the biggest problem. The bath towels I received were thin and scratchy, scarcely offering the opulent feel that was promised in their product description, and the bath rugs I got started to tear and fall apart after only a few weeks of use. Even worse, I received subpar customer service when I tried to get in touch with Microdry's customer service department for help with my damaged merchandise. It was obvious from their team's lack of assistance and responsiveness that they had no interest in aiding me in resolving my problems. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone trying to enhance the comfort and style of their house to use Microdry. This online company is a horrible choice for anyone looking for a dependable and fun buying experience due to the dismal quality of their products and disregard for their customers' contentment.
