Addendum: After I slept on this pillow for about 2 months, it slowly shrunk in my sleep. Right now it's only maybe 2 inches if you think about where my head is. I've gone from a good night's sleep to waking up with a neck pain/headache and a headache again with this pillow. This pillow started off so well, but now it's just another addition to the list of pillows that didn't work for me. So I have to start with the fact that I've been waking up (continuously) most nights for as long as I can remember. Well lately my new trick is also waking up with an extremely stiff neck which usually lasts a few days before getting better until last lasting over 6 months. So far this pillow is the best. I've been using it for about a week. I don't keep tossing and turning and waking up all night. I also don't have a headache or a stiff neck. If this pillow holds up I may have found a pillow for me, it's quite firm and thick and will hold my head in place. eep on the back and side, and so far both positions have been extremely comfortable. Other pillows I've tried over the past 6 months or so just weren't firm enough or maintained their shape/fluffiness while sleeping. This pillow was and it was a great week's sleep!
