Bought for my husband for work. He has a fixed desk but also sits about 3 hours a day. He has had 5 back surgeries and sitting at a desk causes a lot of pain. He loves this chair! He's only been using it for a week, but his back feels better, and as a bonus, he says he feels like he's working on his core a bit. The chair has nice thick padding and was easy to put together. I assembled it myself.
