Under no circumstances should a new HELLO product have damaged threads. I have discussed and resolved the issue with the seller. The customer service was perfect and I am happy with what we agreed. Feel safe if you have a problem they will take care of it. It is not known if the seller is just a passerby and never sees the product, but he made adjustments accordingly.
