I am 5ft 7in and weigh 160lbs, I have a large size. everything fits well even the bottom part - i was expecting them to be REALLY cheeky like the pictures in the ad but they aren't that bad. The top now covers my fairly tall "women" nicely while still showing them off... *however*. I don't know if it's stitched or padded on the inside, but it gives the girls a bit of a "square" look. The pads are not removable so I'm hoping the square effect wears off a little once they break. In addition, the inner seams in the upper are quite itchy, hopefully that will go away. I will update if there are any changes.
