Review on 💻 Microsoft Surface Pro X 13" Touch-Screen SQ1, 8GB Memory, 128GB SSD, Wifi, 4G LTE – Matte Black by Jeremy Hong

I love the Surface Pro but if you want it, DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS SELLER! The first one I got has some weird issues. I have the machine set to 'sleep' when I press the power button but it acts like a 'reboot'. Same thing, if I select "Disable" in the start menu, the device turns off and then automatically turns on (yes, same as "restart"). I contacted microsoft support and the woman worked with me for 2 hours to try to fix the problem but we couldn't. So I asked for a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement has the exact same problem! I googled and checked with Microsoft support 3 times to make sure I didn't do anything stupid to cause the problem. They confirmed it was the machine's problem and not me. Now I go to UPS to return both defective surafice pro I received.
