We really liked this item. We gave it 3 stars because it arrived without gloves. received only knee pads and elbow pads. We need them now as our friend keeps falling so we decided not to return even though we don't have enough items and just ordered another set hoping all the items would arrive in a new set. There's no harm in having a backup, just hoping the backup is the complete set. Our daughter has Down Syndrome and they work when she walks and falls to prevent her from getting hurt. The item is listed as a sports aid, but people with Down Syndrome need such items. They are amazing.
