Yes, this look washes my makeup off. at the expense of the complete dehydration of my skin and even the appearance of barley in front of my eyes! I have NEVER had eye problems in my life and certainly never had a painful red bump on one of them, but this product has definitely changed that for me! no other product has ever given me this problem. Also, THIS THING DOESN'T EVEN WORK WELL! Even after rubbing my eyes with this crap as thoroughly as possible, the cosmetic under my eyes is still smudged after washing EVERY TIME! Other makeup removers I've tried at comparable prices would remove all makeup much better - even using my face lotion as a makeup remover removes it better! By the way, this bottle is also much smaller than I expected, the whole bottle fits in my hand. underneath a huge hat *rolls eyes*. If your skin doesn't normally react to skin products this might work for you, but if you have sensitive skin I suggest saving your money AND your skin and buying something else :( I literally can't use this anymore, I have to just find someone without sensitive skin to give it as a gift.
