Yes, this look washes my makeup off. at the expense of the complete dehydration of my skin and even the appearance of barley in front of my eyes! Apply this product to the back of your hand, then wash off with soap and water. You will see how it dries out the skin. I can't believe I've been using this for my aging eyes for almost a year.

Good value for money. Removes waterproof mascara well and is very gentle on my sensitive skin. I've looked through the entire listing and reviews but haven't seen the country of manufacture. Also posting the ingredients list for anyone interested as the pics they had were a blurry mess.

One of my favorite K-Beauty products of all time! I've been using it since 2016 and I don't see myself in anything else. It removes waterproof eye makeup, liquid lipstick and matte lip liner and lipstick! I also wear contact lenses and have never experienced any irritation from this product.

This is probably the best eyeliner and lipstick remover I've ever used for the price it offers. I love all Etude House products when it comes to makeup and this was just one of the products that got my money's worth. Also, it lasts longer than others I've used in the past like Loreal, Cover Girls, etc. It's cheap and affordable.

I've been using this lip and eye makeup remover for 5 years now and it's the best. The price is super cheap. I just put a little on a cotton pad and apply it once to the area around the eyes and eyebrows. He gets everything so easily. I've tried several other brands and they don't even come close to being as effective as Etude House Lip and Eye Remover.
