The best makeup remover for lips and eyes!
I've been using this lip and eye makeup remover for 5 years now and it's the best. The price is super cheap. I just put a little on a cotton pad and apply it once to the area around the eyes and eyebrows. He gets everything so easily. I've tried several other brands and they don't even come close to being as effective as Etude House Lip and Eye Remover.
