Great customer and tech assistance available regardless
It is easy to use with no technical skills required! I can update my site from anywhere in any time zone without having to call support or wait for them to answer their phones during business hours (which are not always convenient). They charge monthly fees even if you don't have an active account which was confusing at first but they make up by offering better prices than competitors like GoDaddy when your accounts do expire after some period of nonuse. No complaints here so far - it's great that there isn't much competition within this niche market since we're all pretty similar otherwise. We've had one minor issue where our website crashed due to high traffic loads once before everything worked fine again afterwards though nothing else has happened yet either way. The service works well enough although sometimes things go wrong temporarily as expected online services will never be 100% reliable unless something goes terribly wrong offline too.
