Caution: Silicone will not allow your hair to absorb color and perm.

Arrived leaking and obviously silicone is not suitable for your hair. My stylist says it coats the hair shaft and prevents the hair from absorbing products ie hair color and curl. She said you'll find that companies that make shampoo/conditioner AND perms/hair dye don't use silicone in their conditioners because they're sabotaging their own products. Very interesting.
