I was disappointed with the support system
I didn't like the fact that I was rejected and when I contacted the support team they couldn't give me a straight answer. I understand people get rejected, but at least I would find a reason why I. I've been told that for security reasons they can't figure out why, so I'm wondering what type of system they have? Why can't they just tell me why I got rejected? My dad did the same as me and got accepted so I don't understand why I got rejected and the support really doesn't help at all.
