I'm satisfied, the product is exactly as described.
I have something to compare (B. Well 911). I did not expect the irrigator to be so noisy. The stream is weak. One mode is about nothing (For such a price, they could have made at least three like the 911. I have been using it for several months. After each use, I wipe it so that the contacts for charging do not oxidize. I am shocked by the manufacturers that they did not bother to cover them as 911. Flimsy assembly. Water can easily get inside. Wipe after use. And compared to the 911, the Waterpik is huge! It's not convenient (( I would not recommend taking it.
