True to size and works as intended. Flexible, therefore easy to put on. Please note that this year I received a pure white color with no pattern (no bee) as in the photo. It doesn't bother me at all, but it might disappoint others. I increase the size by one every year as we grow up and last year it was the design shown in the photo. My only suggestion for improvement would be to start printing the label instead like some baby brands have done as the babies sewn on are itchy. and should be cut immediately.
