Review on MSI Optix G273QPF Anti Glare 165Hz Monitor with 2560X1440P Resolution, Adaptive Sync, and Tilt Adjustment by Devin Rogers

The MSI Optix G273QPF is a great PS5 gaming monitor. Having used this product for around 3 weeks I can confidently say that this is the best way to play PS5 games complete with your favorite gaming headset/speakers. My previous monitor was a 24 inch AOC 24G2 1080p monitor and this MSI monitor is a major upgrade, especially with the recent PS5 update (9/7/22) which supports 1440p resolution. I noticed a big difference in PS5 gaming in general when playing Doom. For example, the eternal desire for a platinum trophy. I'm now getting 1440p 120Hz with crystal clear visuals and smooth high frame rates to make those glorious kills and chasing those demons even more enjoyable while also wearing my PC38x gaming headset! I was lucky enough to get my monitor free of dead pixels. Google helped me find calibration settings from online review "rtings". The overall color, brightness and contrast after calibration are amazing. Unfortunately, HDR is not supported on this PS5 monitor. SDR is still amazing. In terms of ergonomics, this monitor also has an excellent stand compared to the MSI predecessor model. This monitor can be tilted, raised and lowered and rotated left and right. This monitor also performs surprisingly well when using a streaming application. as expected, like YouTube, HBO Max and Netflix between gaming sessions. This is a great gaming monitor for PS5 users! This is an affordable PS5 gaming monitor that can go up to 1440p 120Hz for $300. The ergonomic stand is great, and the single button in the right-rear corner for adjusting monitor settings is handy for calibration. I look forward to playing Modern Warfare II at 1440p 120Hz on the MSI G273QPF later this year.
