I came across this laptop stand on Jarrod Tech's YouTube channel and bought it for a number of reasons :) It had the same or better cooling performance than a laptop Cooling stand with fans underneath. 2.) REALLY slim design 3.) Looked solid When I received the item it was neatly folded into a small box about 15cm tall. long. Very compact and easy to take with you! I didn't do any adjustments outside of the box except unfold it and it fit my computer (ASUS ROG GA502DU) perfectly. You can easily adjust the arm length if you have a large device like a 17 inch laptop. For the past few weeks I've been post-op so I've been playing TON to express that. When playing The Witcher 3 at maximum settings, my CPU spiked to 106C, which is a degree above AMD's specs, but it's still very hot and could potentially shorten the life of your device. I'd like to see. After putting it on a stand, I ran it through a few cycles of Cinebench R23 and got an average temperature of around 75ยฐC and a maximum of 84ยฐC. I'm VERY happy with these results and it was a damn cheap fix! Recommend this to anyone using their laptop for a long period of time and want better machine ventilation.
