Review on MoKo Microsoft Protective Compatible Keyboard by Tony Conlon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

light slim functional

I spent hours looking for a good case for my Surface Pro 2017, nothing looked good enough, I ended up trying the Kensington version and it was heavy and overpriced so I went back and got one from Moko. PERFECT fit, lighter than Kensington, slimmer shape, smoother cuts and. It's $12 cheaper, so make your own conclusions :) I recommend it. UPDATE: after 4 months of use: The case is still in perfect condition, all ports are cut out to fit perfectly, so that USB hubs, eternal SSDs or headphones can be connected without any problems and I have no problems with frequent disconnection and connection of the keyboard. I like the rubber grip. UPDATE: 10 months later, the case looks brand new and the Surface hasn't a single scratch, despite trips to the beach, countless airport customs checks, and accidental drops on the floor because the reader fell asleep. just to mention - one of my wired L-plug headphones needs an adapter to connect the headphone jack to this case. UPDATE: 1 year and 11 months later :) - the tablet is still perfectly intact as well as the case itself (that thin plastic bar at the bottom next to the keyboard is fine too - it's a little springy but has proven strong enough to last almost 2 Years). I have to say I didn't like unplugging small thumb drives, a fingerprint reader, or a Logitech MX Master mouse adapter from a single tablet's USB port - these things are so small and take up a lot of space. Little is left for fingers, making the device difficult to pull out (she said). PS By the way, I use this case with a Surface Pro 6 and my mother with a Surface Pro 5 (2017), so it fits both models perfectly. . I'm sure other owners of the above models who claimed the case didn't fit simply got a defective product. PSS In February (2020) I received a Surface Pro 7 (the one with USB-C port and Iris Plus graphics) from my employer, they bought me this case (I asked for it) and a keyboard with a built in fingerprint reader - that Case is perfect for version 7 as well (!) as for version 5 and 6, so I would still recommend it.
