When I originally hooked everything up there was no water to the showerhead or sprayer, even though the water was on. I tried reaching out to the seller but they only have an email and never got back to me. I played around with the cartridge in the unit and was able to get water flowing to both the shower head and sprayer but it will not turn off now. No way that I can see to get product support from the seller, I would avoid this unit.

- Horrible. The brass valve is faulty and causes water hammer and knocking in pipes
