The product stopped working after 10 days and my outdoor pond went down to 60 killing my catfish. Didn't know the heater was broken because it sounded like it was on. I usually keep this thing at 65 to house goldfish during the cold months outdoors here in Las Vegas, it doesn't drop below 40 on the coldest nights. And then again until 70pm in the afternoon. The heater works great when it works. It was possible to increase the outside water temperature from 65 to 85 (as an experiment) to 100 gallons.
