The problem with the pillow isn't really the pillow. It looks and feels amazing too. The problem is with the mount as it is set too high for tall people and doesn't fit your shoulders/neck. This will prevent the tape from wrapping around the rear headrest and will fall off. It's a real shame, it's well designed but poorly designed. An alternative solution would be to turn it upside down, but then the weight of the pillow would pull it down. It is not worth. I will embroider the braid and sew it to the center of the pillow. I don't recommend it if you are 5'7 or under.
