So soft and hot!
So, I've seen in the pictures and in some reviews that the controller is grade based, not high, medium, low. However, we have a large red color and it is high, medium, low, not in temperature. I'm not sure if it's the size or the color. However, we love it (and so do the dogs). I love that it is very cold in the house so we let the dogs lie on it and they are so happy and obedient now where they used to be nervous all the time. The poor things must have been cold, but now they love life. We love them so much I'm ordering my mom for Christmas and a spare pair for us!
