I had extremely expensive color laser printers from HP and Lexmark. All of them were unreasonably expensive to maintain and all had their own characteristics. I've had this printer for over a year now and I'm VERY impressed. No quirks, very economical toner and you get the odd feeling that every part of this MFP is well thought out. I never use the touchscreen to be honest, but it works great. I manage most of the controls from a computer. The scanner offers excellent scan quality. All document feeders and rollers are also fine (something my HP has never been good at). Get this printer!
