I have used the Babycat successfully in the past to wean kittens. The tiny pieces help them transition to solid foods and they love the taste. I also use it when I have a sick cat that doesn't want to eat; The taste is loved by cats of all ages. I recently found a new use for Babycat: I have an 18 year old cat who has lost weight. Despite his relatively good health, he looked like a walking skeleton. I knew he was having trouble putting food in his mouth due to missing teeth and a stroke a few years ago, so I started feeding him Babycat from a small bowl. He can lick food and it will stick to his tongue long enough to get into his mouth. The extra lining added more meat to his ribs and gave his coat a new shine. I really think it has changed the quality of his life, and for an old man like him, that's no small feat. Be careful - all my cats love him and he is gaining weight too.
