I honestly don't understand why every toddler shoe I've ever bought is a different size, but I ordered a size 10 because a size 9 barely fits my daughter at the moment. and they fit like an 8. So my advice is if you are looking for a size 10-12. Basically, go two sizes up. They are really cute and look just like the picture. Come neatly packaged. I had to return size 10 but hopefully size 12 fits much better. Will be updated when I get a new order. Update: Increasing by 2 did the trick. Now they fit her perfectly. she loves them
