I like that there is so much flexibility with Ichristaff (the HR system).
It allows for many different types or workflows depending upon what type/size business we're working within - which makes things very flexible! We've been able not only using it as an employee benefits tool but also have used some other functions such as payroll & tax reporting etc., all through this single application allowing us more time spent doing our actual jobs rather than having multiple systems open at once!! There's nothing really i dislike about IchriStaf itself however if anything would say just make sure everyone knows how they want their data stored e.g employees vs managers / superusers et al? And then set up those fields accordingly when creating new users who are going into these sections firstly before any training takes place! This has made setup less complicated from day 1 compared to previous applications where each section had its own database entry form requiring separate login details per.
