I like how easy it is to use for both translators (we have 2) as well as clients/users who are not familiar with software but need help translating their website content or application interface into multiple language versions of one system! It's also great if you're working remotely because there isn't any lag time when using voice chat features within this program; which makes communication easier than ever between remote teams! The "Help" button can be difficult at times due to its location being near the top left corner where your mouse cursor may fall off screen before reaching Help menu items sometimes - so just keep trying until eventually success pops up :) We've been able to translate our entire product portfolio from English-Spanish right through Spanish -> French without issue by utilizing these tools' capabilities across different platforms including mobile devices such as an Android tablet app we developed recently for.
