Cons of Revain's packaging department (incomplete set) - I only received 3 of the 4 tools in this 4 piece set and had to leave the following comment for the packaging department. Revain usually does a good job with the packaging, but not this time. I also add my comment here. So if someone else gets this kit but is missing a tool and it came in sloppy packaging, they can assume Revain didn't fix the same mistakes in the packaging department, or maybe there are other issues behind it. Here's a comment: Problem: Incomplete kit The mailing envelope arrived fully sealed with no holes or gaps but without the square tooling of this kit. This means I only received three (3) of the four (4) tools in this set. To be clear, the 4 ends of the tool are in the shape of an open teardrop, circle, triangle and square - I'm missing a tool with a square end. It should have been obvious that the tool was missing from the empty slot in the tool socket. The tool set sleeve has four slots for four tools. Solution: Send me the missing square tool from this set; I have already paid for it. What's wrong: This is clearly a mistake by the Revain packaging department. The tools rolled freely in an oversized postal envelope. The plastic tool sleeve is open at one end and measures 3.25 inches wide and 8 inches long. The size of the flexible mailing envelope is 11 1/2 inches wide and 15 inches long. The tools in their plastic case had to be counted and then packed well to avoid losing the tool.2. The wrapped instrument case had to be placed in an appropriately sized box and prepared (bubble wrap, etc.) to avoid damaging the instrument.
