Review on Flashing Transparent Christmas Decoration Graduation by Jackie Smith

I really want them to work for me. I went to a local balloon shop that sells identical balloons for $10-15 a balloon (which I thought was outrageous) so I picked them up and took them to the same balloon shop where they were inflated to full capacity with helium to make sure that she will float. A professional worker blew it up at full force and told me she tried to make these balloons work, but they never contain helium. I was optimistic since it was only a few days before my wedding, so I told her to try anyway. Of course, after attaching the LED string that came with the kit, the balloon was fully submerged a few inches off the ground within 30 minutes. Two problems. 1: The balloon does not contain helium. 2. The plastic ball or lights are too heavy. The same day I went back to the same store to buy balloons for $10-15 which look the same and there are no problems with them. I wish I didn't have to worry. Too bad I didn't have to write this honest review :(
