Great hair dryer for thick/long hair. I have thin and currently short hair. So it wasn't a hair dryer for me. Pros - it dries FAST! So fast that I had to use a slower speed to dry my short coats. It works well for a tourmaline free blow dryer to give you straight hair. But this is definitely not a tourmaline hair dryer, so don't expect results with tourmaline. - 3 heat settings - I prefer a medium heat setting for speed, but using a lower heat setting can give you better results in terms of smoothness. - Buttons work well by hand. Cons - Although it can dry quickly, it expels air with a lot of force. So the hair is a bit frizzy. It's not really a problem if you use a slow speed. - That is hard. It's much heavier than even hair dryers, which don't claim to be light. While you may have read that there is a lifetime warranty, the brochure in my box only says 12 months.
