So, I'm diabetic, lol, not my fault, but that complicates things like steroids and such for allergies since they affect your blood sugar. I went to urgent care for a unrelated issue and thru conversation a nurse recommended this to me. I never heard of this before (My retirement job is in healthcare so you think i would have heard of this) anyway, I ordered it and gave it a try. Now I don't use it every day or all year, only when the allergies hit and I have to say that it works better than anything else i have used. My wife, not diabetic, used it also and loves it so much that we buy them in pairs so we each have one to use (We label them) Now will it work for you? unknown, (I'm not a Dr. and never played one lol) I can only tell you it works for us, and being a diabetic, works great for me without affecting my sugar. Maybe this will be your spray relief too! My wife swears it has stopped her repeated sinus infections. As for moisturizer, I haven't noticed any difference in that aspect, only that it opens up and clears up my nasal cavity.hope it helps ya, Doug
