This light bar puts out a lot of light which is a godsend for a 66 year old when driving at night. This completely compensates for the lack of headlights on my 2003 Tacoma truck. Installation was straightforward; The flashlight comes with everything you need to power your car battery and install a switch on your dashboard. The wiring harness is long enough so you don't have to splice or add a wire. I installed my light bar over the front bumper by drilling through the bumper. It illuminates about 20 feet of road ahead of my truck but doesn't bother oncoming traffic - no one flashed the high beams at me.
